- Shipping originates from Hong Kong.
- Orders are processed once daily at 10๏ผ00 AM (HKT).
- If you need to change the shipping address after placing your order, please contact us at cs@hautuki.hk or via WhatsApp at https://wa.me/+821091916367 before 9:30 AM (HKT). Be sure to include the email address used for your order along with the new desired shipping address.
- Once an order has been processed, it is not possible to change the shipping address.
โ Attention to SF Express Delivery Policy
- Please ensure that the recipient's phone number and delivery address are entered accurately. If delivery fails due to incorrect information, SF Express may charge additional fees to the customer.
- For customers choosing smart lockers for self-pickup, if the parcel is not picked up within the first 24 hours of the SMS notification, SF Express will impose an additional service fee.
- For customers selecting SF Business Points or SF Stores for self-pickup, if the parcel is not collected within the first 2 days of the notification, SF Express will impose an additional service fee.
- If customers wish to change the delivery method or address after placing an order, they must contact SF Express directly for the modification. SF Express may charge additional fees for such changes.
- Please confirm the product options and quantities before purchasing. Once payment is successfully made, changes to the order, adding items, or combining orders will not be allowed.
