• Use only one patch per day.
• If your child is between 4 to 5 years old, we recommend to cut one patch into half.
• Leave it on for at least 4 hours after applying. It is okay to keep the patch on for more than 4 hours,  but you should apply for at least 4 hours to ensure the nutrients in the patch have been fully absorbed. 
• Recommended to apply on the back, instep, back of the hand, or calf. 

For example, if you put the patch on your child's back at 9 p.m., remove it the next morning, and put it back on your child's back at 9 p.m. that evening.
